On April 18th, we were blessed to welcome Connie and Gary Fisher into the membership of our congregation. They joined through a transfer of membership from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Purcellville.
Gary and Connie Fisher consider themselves very blessed to have become members of Berryville Presbyterian Church after a long search to find a friendly and spiritually joyful place to worship. They first visited on Christmas Eve and immediately felt they had found their “home”!
Connie is currently employed as an Architectural Representative servicing the entire state of Virginia and the District of Columbia. She is also contributing artist to the new Firehouse Gallery in downtown Berryville.
Before he became a casualty of the economic downturn, Gary worked in sales and marketing for Cochran Lumber and Millwork. Until the job market improves, he has started a professional in-home pet sitting service.
In their spare time, Connie and Gary are busy training, breeding and exhibiting their Longhaired Dachshunds and with judging AKC dog shows and field trial events.
They have two children, Kimberly and Jeffrey, and four grandchildren, two boys and two girls.
If you haven’t done so already, please introduce yourself to Connie and Gary!
